My Approach

Personalised and Present-Focused

I offer integrative counselling tailored to your unique needs, with a person-centred foundation. My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing on Gestalt therapy to help you explore current feelings and unresolved issues from the past that may be affecting your present.

Ethical and Client-Led

I work within the BACP ethical framework to provide a safe, supportive space. Sessions are led by you; focused on what matters most to you and what you hope to achieve from counselling.
